Shipping Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Busy Bee Bundles if a gift has not been delivered. Should this occur, we will look into the matter immediately and get the gift to its correct destination as soon as possible.

Busy Bee Bundles will not provide a refund for deliveries that are late due to the issue being out of our control.

Busy Bee Bundles will take no responsibility if the goods are damaged in transit. Great care will be taken when packaging goods to ensure its safe delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns, refunds & exchanges:

Purchases must be returned within 30 days of placing your order at your own cost.
Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all labels and tags attached.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
For hygiene reasons teething items cannot be refunded for change of mind.

Faulty Products

In the unlikely event your product has a fault please contact us immediately so we can arrange a repair, or should the fault be unfixable - a return and exchange.

Please note that we are unable to refund or exchange products that are faulty due to misuse or not related to the manufacture of the item.

If you wish to request a refund or cancel your order, please email info@busybeebundles.com.au as soon as possible with proof of purchase.

Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of Busy Bee Bundles.
